Well maintained and staff exceptionally friendly. The Royal Villas are fantastic with sea views.

Some villas are ongoing refurbishment work so there is some noise pollution.

Great villas, we'll finished with excellent on site restaurant, in or outside, or on the beach. . Free car to other local restaurants if you want them. All staff can't do enough for you. High standard of service.

افضل منتجع تم السكن فيه في بالي على البحر من جميع النواحي مقارنة بتجارب في منتجعات اخرى افضل اطلالة افضل طاقم افضل خدمة افضل حجم وفخامة فيلا تم اعطائي فيلا كبيرة مع مسبح واطلالة على المسبح العام الافطار والعشاء لذيذ جدا وراقي ومتنوع تم اخبارهم بوجود مناسبات خاصة خلال فترة السكن وتم تجهيز الفيلا واستقبال للمناسبات في الفيلا وفي المطعم المرافق مريحة وحديثة لا يوجد حشرات يوجد خدمات مجاني سيكل للتنزه وكياكي للبحر انصح بالسكن في هذا المنتجع والاستجمام والاستمتاع بالمكان

Excellent breakfast. Service. Hospitality. Very friendly staff.

The one improvement I can suggest is to add extra lights in the bathroom near the mirrors.

All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they can’t do enough for you. The gardens are really well maintained and the hotel setting is beautiful. The daily afternoon tea was a treat.

Our villa (203) needs a refurbishment, it’s very dated. The decking around the pool was particularly scruffy with loose, rotting boards. Tiles are missing and cracked in the pool and the mattress is lumpy. The beach was a big disappointment as it was littered with plastic and it seemed there was little being done by the hotel to clear it. It needed to be done every day
