Es la 2da vez que los visito y ya se convirtió en mi casa, TODO es excelente, el servicio, la atención, comida, instalaciones, la habitación me encanta y lo sumamos un servicio de SPA que es lo mejor de lo mejor, estoy seguro que las grandes cadenas de la zona tiemblan ante este GRAN hotel, sin duda nos creemos cada vez que regrese a Toluca, no me interesa conocer algún otro, este de verdad que tiene todo lo que buscas, los felicito y les repito que es mi 2da casa.

Amazing stay !!!! Breakfast was a la carte and amazing! Very delicious with fresh green smoothie, fresh fruit, very tasty omelets and very good coffee. They had a personalized welcome sign with our name. The room is huge. I think that all the rooms are suites. The view from my room overlooked the mountains. We ate dinner at the restaurant too and that was very tasty. We didn’t have time to visit the spa. I left the cleaning lady a few things and they sent me a THANK YOU video, which was completely unexpected. I left absolutely in love with this property!!!
