The kid working the desk when I left was very helpful.

This place needs a lot of repairs. I'm going to focus on the plumbing. The toilets (at least on 3rd floor) barely flush. I saw another guest had to go buy a plunger for his room. There are broken windows and missing room numbers. But the plumbing is very worrisome.

Air conditioner making constant loud racket. I was expecting a hot tub but I came to find it was removed. Breakfast of Frosted Flakes and bagels, but better than nothing.
