The star of Simola are the staff- particularly front desk/ reception and the kitchen staff As returning customers it was amazing that they remembered us almost exactly two years to the date. Breakfast at Simola is always a treat and the general ambience and safety is definitely up there

Pains me to see how in the last two years things have deteriorated. Two years ago I gave a 10/10 for everything. Now I can’t even give a 5/10 for cleanliness . Did Simola change their cleaning staff? The cleaning is PISS poor! I thought perhaps it was due to the early check in but the next day it was even worse. The staff even forgot the cleaning microfibre towel right on the table after “cleaning”. There is grime in between bathroom tiles and around corners and edges 🤮. Toilet seats are stained. Kitchen counter is barely wiped. Windows have not been touched for weeks. The carpet in the main bedroom stinks like its soaked with water and not aired. It was such an uncomfortable place to stay knowing so little is done to properly clean and maintain.

We absolutely loved our stay at Simola. The food was fabulous and they catered for me being Coeliac. The room was amazing far exceeding our expectations. The Golf course fantastic! my husband loved his round of golf ⛳ Everyone and everything was perfect

The apartment was stunning. The view was incredible.
