Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives by IHG

I loved the place to stay, and think with children, the location and facilities are fantastic. As a person without children, there were not many options that also fit.

The food was ok but not amazing. There were not options for those without children.

The food, pool, overall staff experience is good.

The room size is small for a family room. The room cleanliness and bathroom cleanliness needs to be worked upon. The coconut water is charged which does not make sense. The food prices are in USD, so very expensive if not opted for package stays.

Everything was nice, dive shop was amazing, and the rooms were as expected.

There’s construction on a very near island, so the views from some rooms are definitely better than others.

Food options were terrible. Didn't let me order à la carte even though my reservation was made specifically for an à la carte dinner. Food was very mediocre with ridiculously high supplemental charges. Breakfast buffet items such as juices were watered down, congee didn't have any of the right condiments and things like spring onions were dry and shrivelled. If it wasn't for the clean rooms and excellent care from the service staff, I would not have enjoyed my trip
