高齢者の一人旅でしたが、 接客対応が丁寧で笑顔でバスの時間を調べたり 遅い時間でも近くの食事を取れる店をさがして下さりとても嬉しい気持ちで宿泊できました

無料朝食とあり、内容もある程度充実していましたが、釧路と言う地域がら札幌などから比べるとそれ程お得感はないかも…

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Fish Market, Kushiro Station, the Kushiro Bus Terminal, and numerous izakayas. The complimentary breakfast was well above the standard continental offering, with a satisfying variety of choices. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was also kind enough to store two of our suitcases while we traveled elsewhere and returned two nights later, which we greatly appreciated.

旅館有整修過，設備蠻新的感覺；房間雖然不算大，但是該有的東西都有，尤其有早餐很方便，餐廳也有微波爐，晚上買東西回來吃加熱很讚。雖然基本上是自助機器入住和退房，但是員工很熱心來幫忙。

在火車公車站前，早上搭巴士去機場非常方便，早餐也從5:30就開始，不會因為趕飛機沒吃到

Comfort hotels are like McDonald's: no surprises. You've been to one, you've seen them all. Consistent in quality, cleanliness, good breakfast. We spent just one night in Kushiro and needed to stay close to the station, for which it was perfect.

Also as usual, a small room with the bed in the corner, but you know that when you take the standard double.
