The location is superb! Right at the centre. The staff are amazing, special shout out to Nihed. I love their valet service too.

The lighting can be improved as some of the light not working or not bright enough. During our stay, one of the bathroom light was not working, so the bathroom was literally like “candle-lit-dark”.

Great Location and nice decore. The lady that greeted us was lovely and very helpful. Beds were comfortable and the place was lovely and warm for our December visit. Definately choose the valet parking as its tricky/impossible to park. Great to have it done for us.

A little tricky to check in as the check in place is separate to the apartment (7 minute with luggage) - however the host helped us by coming to apartment with the keys. The oven didn't have shelves and we could not work out how to use the stove.

I stumbled across this hotel when wanting to extend my stay in Verona and can’t imagine a better find ! From the moment Mihad answered my (numerous) questions - to the welcome on arrival - to the incredible breakfast made to order and set up in the room each morning, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Everyone who works there - Valentina the manager, Ivan at night, Adriana (and one other night guy whose name I fortunately forget - but you know who you are :) always had a smile and were ready to help. The room was large and super comfortable. Yes as some noted there can be some street noise depending on the room but I didn’t find it bothersome at all - and I imagine it was even higher as it was christmas week. I would go back in a heartbeat !

Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff, daily room service with fresh towels, great breakfast (served to order in your room), perfect location, quiet, elevator a plus. Would stay here again!

The location is very good, with most of Verona’s main attractions within walking distance. There are also many restaurants and cafés nearby, which made it convenient for dining.

The apartment we stayed in was about a 7–10 minute walk away rather than the shorter distance implied. There were multiple power outages during the stay, especially when using the kitchen, which made it inconvenient even when appliances were used according to instructions. The bedding was not very comfortable, and the lighting was quite dim at night compared to the photos.
