The staff member was friendly and accommodated our early check-in request.

The property was doing renovations, lobby and other common areas were under construction with noise and dust. That fact wasn't mentioned anywhere in the description of property on booking.com

"Great stay at a great property!"

Cleanest room we have ever stayed in! Public spaces were spotless, even with renovations being completed. Very comfortable beds. Everything in the room replenished every day. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was nice. The pool was warm. The hottub was broken when I first got there, however, they fixed it a couple of nights before I left. The breakfast had a lot of choices. I will stay here again.

The hotel was being remodeled but they couldn't control that.

Our first night we complained about the hot water not getting cold. I was told to keep turning it on and off until it gets hot that didnt work and he came up to my room to help. the water never got hot it was luke warm In order for the water to even get luke warm you had to let water from the sink to run the entire time while taking a shower
