USEverything was great except the room smelt like someone took a massive dump in the toilet. The front desk didn't have any air freshener or another room to move us to. I had to spray the room with my perfume and open the window to air it out.

Our stay was great! We have a small dog and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back.

I could hear all my neighbors below me all night long. Better flooring is needed to soundproof the rooms. Also light switches and doors can be cleaned better as well as any pictures on the wall that have residue on them.
The staff was very friendly and informative!! The room was very clean, and met all our needs. Cottonwood is a very nice town, with many restaurants and shopping choices. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!
USCottonwood was a small town, we had to drive to the old town. Room and amenities were clean and as expected.
No complaints about the rooms.
Overall it was a great experience. The only issue was the thin walls. We stayed downstairs and the people above us were very noisy.
