Location is great, close to all major attractions. Bathtub is big and deep and fills with water very quickly.

The staff are not welcoming and do not speak English very well. We felt uneasy communicating with them. The gym is a joke: the size of a shoebox with one rusty machine that I was afraid to use. The room service is sloppy: forgot clean towels, forgot to wash our wine glass, never bring any water, we had to call the reception every night to have them bring some water and bath salt. The WiFi is very slow, TV does not stream, only Cable TV, the fridge didn't work. We paid 2000 for 4 nights, and we didn't get our money's worth.

I have stayed many times over the years and have had many great experiences. Unfortunately not this time. While the staff was friendly, they forgot to advise us when we arrived that the hotel was no longer serving breakfast. When I reached out to book breakfast before checking out I was asked whether I had been advised it was not available. I had not been. The room had a foul odour which my friends noticed as soon as we walked in the room. It seemed to be coming from the floor drain in the bathroom. We had to keep the door closed at all times. We discovered just before bed that the thermostat was stuck at 23 degrees and we couldn’t turn it off so we were uncomfortable all night in a stuffy hot room. I booked for 3 adults in the room and we only had robes, towels ,soap etc for two. I was told as we were leaving that the hotel would be closing in a few weeks for renovations as they had been bought out by the Grey group but that they had already begun renovations on the upper floors. However we paid full price for a hotel that is operating at half capacity. I have stayed at several of the Grey group hotels and this is not up to their standards. I would not have booked a stay for a special occasion with my friends if I had known about the state of the hotel. Very disappointing

Nice hotel....good location. BUT, forget getting any correspondence, including room confirmation in English even though specifically requested. Not exactly promoting out of Province business with this approach.

It’s a very nice hotel, the Bistro has been closed the last two times I was there, I was told breakfast was an additional $23, but it would be nice if there was coffee/tea available in the lobby and included in the price. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, but the pods make a tiny cup. Giant bathtub in the room was very nice and filled quickly with lots of hot water.
