I wanted some resolutions but the property was not available to answer calls for good 48 hours, infact not answering booking.com also. After connecting with them before my stay, they also couldn’t resolve the issues, even after booking.com helping them with all the needful. Very laidback behaviour. Couldn’t book the car as property as usual wasn’t answering the calls. Good food, good staff otherwise.

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson blu pune. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parismita who helped us in cleaning the room was very professional in her work. The buffet was also very good. Will definitely visit again.

"Stay at Raddison Kharadi"

Housekeeping staff had been really polite and good with their services. Shout out to Kartik and Team, they ensured that the guests are taken care of completely. Food services can be bit better. Dining services can be improved.We were stopped to take a bowl of sweets to the room and insisted to have it in the dining area may be because our package included buffet. I think consideration should be given to families with kids. Felt little bad when we had to leave the plate at the table. I did not have this experience in other raddison properties and other properties of equal stature. Little scope of improvement for management. Overall it was good. Thanks
