An old man next door complained about the noise on New Year’s Eve, we weren’t being loud. He was just old! It was barley 8pm

Great place to stay in between our Death Valley trip to LA. Not a ton to do in this city (small town vibes) but not a bad place to pass through.

Great place to stay on route to Mammoth Lakes from San Diego - have stayed here many times - front desk always very nice and helpful.

I recently had a suite and one room at this property for two evenings to attend my son’s wedding. We had hoped to be able to sit in the lobby and enjoy the complimentary coffee and plan for the wedding day, but the lobby had been taken over by a loud raucous group. They had set up a bar on the coffee table preventing us from getting any coffee, let alone finding any seating in the lobby. The entire lobby and adjoining entrance areas were taken over by the raucous group that was very hostile toward my wife and me when we tried to get coffee from their bar area. Being 71, I left rather than let the issue escalate to a physical encounter over getting a cup of coffee. I did not feel at all safe in your hotel that evening and was very upset over the issue. I didn’t think Hilton approved of people using their lobby for open bottles, consumption of liquor, and food brought in from outside the hotel. There is neither a bar nor evening food service on this property. I feel the lobby should be available for all guests to use. I assume parties is what meeting rooms are rented for. This was not the worst issue of the night. I returned to my suite with my wife and tried to watch TV, but is was soon interrupted by amplified live music and amplified live singing in the lobby that drowned out my TV. YES, IT WAS LOUDER THAN MY TV, and I was in the room furthest from the lobby! I went down to try to get the music turned down, but even yelling at the top of my voice, I could not be heard by the front desk person in charge. I went back to my room and later asked a second time to have the music turned down by phone. A couple of songs later it was turned down. This hotel is DISGUSTING!! This has left a sour feeling about Hilton Hotels. I usually stay in either the Hilton or Marriott brand properties due to a higher level of standards. The party atmosphere and very loud music soiled my desire to stay at Hilton again for fear this is now an approved Hilton standard. I would have thought this sort of behavior at Hilton would not be allowed. Obviously, I am wrong.

Clean and new looking

Nothing stands out except the breakfast. I’d rather you lower rates and serve no “breakfast”.
