Stayed one night on way down to TN. Pool was ok but hot tub was broken. Main issue was that we forgot my son’s travel bed rail and when we called to inquire they said they didn’t have it. Highly disappointed that it wasn’t turned in by housekeeping to be returned to us. Lesson learned to always double check before leaving room.

Location

Under the beds was full of trash let by others, the towels were dirty, the phones do not work. When I went to front desk I got a shrug and handed new towels
