maintence needed. room door would not close or lock, bathroom door would not close or lock, ac unit fan was noisy.

It is difficult to be positive about this hotel. It was easy to get in an out of and there was parking.

On arrival having asked for an early entry two days prior we were told it was not available. That was after we had spent 10 minutes of reception trying to figure out where people were as no one was at the desk . We had to drop bags and get to meetings half an hour away hence the request. The staff was negative about using a third-party booking site and tried to tell us we had not booked a room with refrigerator in TV but would put us in one. However the room they put us in overlook the highway and it was like freight trains coming through the room all night long. The tap in the bathroom dripped or flowed and would not stop. The cleaners were slow and left piles outside doors. They did not come into our room to change anything and I had to go and ask for toilet paper as the one on the roll was the only one in there when we checked in. The pool was down for two days which was not good in the second manager I spoke to had no idea why. The laundry can only be used on an app and our VPN blocked it so we could not do our laundry there which we were expecting to do. The breakfast tasted like it had been sitting in water and several people complained as they were eating around us. On checkout there was a basket left at reception and everybody just left their cards in it because there was no staff anywhere any of us could find to check out.

Upon arrival there was a wait for the room assignment. I learned later there was a lack of staff that day and that contributed to the delay. However, the bed was comfortable, using the app for entry made for convenient access, Internet access was great, and breakfast offered many options.

We stayed 3 nights. Had room cleaned/trash picked up one time. When we asked about room, front desk said “you can get it tomorrow”. Since when do hotels not offer daily room service? Key card machine didn’t work. Took 2 days to get a key that worked. Room was clean. 3 towels for 3 people.

I loved everything about the property. The service was nice, great staff, clean, easy check in, & wonderful breakfast…

Staff especially Nicklas very personable i had a couple of issues he handled them efficiently & Professionally a definite asset i wish he worked for me
