Está bien el hotel, m quedó seguido, estaba descompuesto el elevador, no servía la máquina de hielo, no sirve el teléfono de las habitaciones, la recepcionista de la noche poco empática, a las 11:09 minutos ya nos estaban tocando la puerta para salir?? Me sentí como presionada "uno sabe la salida q es a las 12. Fuera de eso... El desayuno súper delicioso y el chico de la tarde q me hizo check in excelente trabajo, gracias.

Calidez, solo las toallas están muy pequeñas y encontré envolturas de dulce en un espacio donde se me callo el celular de ahí en más muy bien

No respetan las reservaciones como se solicitan, el estacionamiento está en construcción y por lo tanto no hay suficiente cajones para estacionar, las personas que atienden le hacen a uno vueltas innecesarias
