Riverside Inn Dallas

The staff was great, very friendly. Very nice location next to the creek. Very clean room. Overall satisfaction.

Very shady area..

I am very disappointed..bathtub never had a plug to hold water..soap dispenser empty, black hair in bed and myself and wife are blond. Stenchy odor, surroundings dirty, Walkway dirty. Sink had a dripping faucet that made noise all night.. simply disappointing.

Had a good visit. Spent all day and early evening with my cousin and family so was only in the room at night.

There was pee and hair in the toilet seat. Hair in the shower. They refused to give me a refund for the second night I was not going to stay. The beds were old and springy. The rooms were outdated.

The stay was as expected in the pictures shown but I would have to say they seemed much more neat and clean than pictured. Really just needed the rooms to sleep and shower and this place provided just that. The walls are kind of thin but the environment was very quiet thankfully. AC unit looked old, knocked a few times but worked. No complaints here

An established motel in the center of Dallas, providing a friendly staff and comfortable accommodations for those with business in the area who simply require a reliable shower and a relatively quiet relaxing place to spend a night or two, that's cost efficient. Near several restaurants, and coffee shops.

This is an older hotel that shows its age. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the fridge came in handy, and the AC was great. Our beds were very firm, which might bother some people. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

I went through Expedia to rent this room. There was no rating on it at the time...it now has a 2-star rating, I would have never rented it if I had known this. I feel the property is under new ownership and they are working on bringing it up in rating. Upon arrival, they gave us a room with one bed not the double full I ordered. after I pointed this out, they tried to put us in another upstairs room when I wanted a ground floor. That room was cleaned as we waited. the bathroom was falling in disrepair ...wall behind toilet was falling apart, burn holes and marks on the floor, molly holes left in wall by sink...worst was the beds. they were not stationary...scooted at every move. Sitting on them, you sank at the headboard area and the mattress pads (memory foam) shifted off the bed. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot end to keep from sinking headfirst all night.... there was not much sleep. The main door had light coming in around it, no insulation? except for deadbolt there was no additional security. I also noticed sugar ants coming in the window area. I have pictures of all I have written about for proof if needed. We left with a conversation with manager for a refund of 2 nights, that I have 2 witnesses to. The problem was that the manager stated that the refund was to be done through Expedia but the cc payment was to their establishment... I had to fight for it and then it was only 1 1/2 day amt refunded. The outside was very nice and well maintained.
