The front Desk staff was Obviously the only one there, this makes no sense to have zero coverage at the front desk. So after waiting 20 mins to check in then there was a computer issue ? 1/2 hour is too long to wait to check in when there is no one in line. Thank you

"Professional service with a casual and very friendly atmosphere"

We stayed for a week in Bremerton to visit friends and explore the area over Labot Day weekend. The hotel was well situated to the ferry making it fun and easy travel to Seattle with great care access to explore Washington beauty. The Hotel service was outstanding with a special thank you Nathan, Customer Service Representative who made our stay enjoyable and to the Management, Angelica and Jeff. The hotel is impeccable in cleanliness so thank you to all in housecleaning and maintenance. We have stayed in numerous Bonvoy Brands and this impressed us as the stay progressed. Thank you Fairfield Inn Bremerton.
