The room service was nice. And the access to the hot springs is also nice.

The hotel is meant to be enjoyed with the hot springs. So if you aren't interested in the hot springs, I'd recommend finding another place. Most of the hotel smells like the springs, which isn't a good thing in my opinion. It's a bit pricey if you're just wanting a room.

A spa hotel with multiple swimming pools. Other guests seemed to be taking a break from busy lives. Staff were helpful but distant. Breakfast was good, and we added dinner to our stay--it was buffet style and quite good.

The AC in the room was very bad and not cool enough. They switch off the AC in the restaurant as soon as breakfasts time is over though you are still on the table and eating! We had to complain to the staff and they turned it back on! They dont allow you to take breakfast to the room so we had a issue since my son could not join us as he was still asleep so he has to skip his breakfast! We tried to book the spa way in advance but couldnt get through on phone and when we asked at the location they were fully booked!

Breakfast was acceptable, with various options . Location was good with car parking available

Rooms smelled smoke, even the bedsheets and pillows. We reserved 4 rooms, only one had a good view, all the rest were gloomy. My room was very dark, the lights were mostly not working. We ordered an iron, they brought it without an ironing board.
