After changing room, we had a better outlook view. Hotel itself is not located in city centre so need to get taxi to go anywhere but transportation is close to high speed rail

Super friendly and helpful staff members, especially the porters, I felt so welcomed when they showed me to my room. The breakfast was exceptional, lots of variety and local specialities. Love the interiors, the resort has a lot of space for outdoor walks and activities with kids.

Rooms were slightly outdated and could do with a bit of refurb, but understand this hotel is a staple piece of GuiLin and has been around since the beginning of times.

Zimmer und Aussicht auf die Berge war genial. Ausgezeichneter Massage- Bereich. Schönes Hallenbad.

Beim Buffetdinner war der Weisswein schon ausgetrunken, weil wir erst gegen Ende der Dinnerzeit kamen. Das Essen selbst war sehr lecker.

Service personal vor allem im Restaurant nicht gut trainiert. sehr wenig Grundkenntnisse in englisch - für ein internationales Hotel in der Kategorie auch in China hilfreich.

Una piccola incomprensione all’arrivo per la stanza ma tutto si è risolto,per il meglio come nella tradizione della catena Sangri La per l’attenzione nei confronti del cliente
