Courtyard Fort Wayne Downtown at Grand Wayne Convention Center

Our stay was fantastic! The front desk staff was excellent and knowledgeable, parking was a breeze and our room was spacious and smelled and looked clean! We ate the hotel restaurant, Connor's, and that was so nice, quiet and fairly priced! We enjoyed the outside space and sat under the stars as it was a nice evening. Within walking distance to the Embassy Theater, Tin Caps stadium and lots of food options! We'd definitely stay again.

This hotel looks great at first glance...just don't look too close. I got a regular room with a King size bed and a couch. Nothing special, but it was over $200 with tax. This hotel needs lots of repairs. I had to go to three separate rooms before I actually got one that was OK. The first one had a terrible sulphur smell. The second one had a door knob that was difficult to open and a HVAC system that was not working. And each time, I had to grab all my stuff again and return to the front desk. The elevators were painfully slow! In the bar, the service was poor. Yes, there was a steady stream of work to be done, but they weren't slammed by any means, and there were 3 people working. Maybe 25 people total in the room. I waitied 10 minutes to be greeted and I was sitting at the bar. Then I ordered a double shot G&T and was charged $25. I got to my room and tasted it only to find out that it was a gin & soda. :-( ugh Again, just looking at the hotel, you'd have no idea that it's in such a state of disrepair. If you're thinking about staying there, stay at the hotel next door. It's in much better shape, the rooms are twice the size and was just a much better experience when I stayed there. I have no plans to ever stay at this property again.

Very noisy from street noise to daily fire work Would say receptionists are not the most friendly ones I have seen.

The hotel is convenient for the convention center and for downtown Fort Wayne. The hotel is a bit dated, but is clean. The rooms are a bit small and the beds face the window (bright when the sunrises). The hotel is also adjacent to a ballpark with frequent fireworks displays, so expect noise at night.

Location was great. It was close to the geneology center and the ballpark. Our breakfast was really good.

No ice available on upper floors.

I loved how it was with in walking distance of some great bars and restaurants
