I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Le Domaine de L’Orangeraie, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make the occasion feel special. The setting is simply breathtaking—nestled in nature with stunning views that instantly create a sense of calm and luxury. Every detail, from the beautifully designed villas to the serene atmosphere, made it the perfect escape. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, adding thoughtful touches throughout my stay that made my birthday celebration feel personal and memorable. They also decorated my room in a personalized way which I loved the most! The food and overall experience exceeded expectations, combining great flavours with a relaxed yet refined ambiance. Even though my wife and I ultimately couldn't stay at this beautiful hotel due to the cancellation of our international flights (a force majeure event), the human quality and level of service they demonstrated were absolutely outstanding. We want to give a very special mention to Rebekah, the Reservations Manager. Even though the third-party booking agency (Agoda) blocked us and refused to process the refund, Rebekah did absolutely everything in her power to help us, standing up for us and authorizing the free cancellation without hesitation. To be treated with so much empathy, understanding, and professionalism in the middle of a crisis speaks volumes about the immense quality of this hotel and Rebekah as a person. We have no doubt that as soon as we can reschedule our trip to the Seychelles, this will be our hotel. We are infinitely grateful!

L’hôtel est splendide ! Nous avons passé 2 jours super lors de notre voyage de noces. L’hôtel est bien situé. La plage n’est pas trop accessible toutefois de l’hôtel mais la piscine est génial. Vu sur la mer. Le buffet et le restaurant vu que la mer. Il y a un bar situé dans la piscine. L’accueil lors de notre arrivée par le personnel est irréprochable. On peut louer des vélos juste à côté de l’hôtel pour se ballader sur l’île. Le buffet du dîner et petit déjeuner est très très bon et copieux.

C’est tous simplement exceptionnel !

Wir wurden von einer netten jungen Dame in Empfang genommen und über alles Wichtige informiert. Danach wurden wir in die Gartenvilla begleitet, sehr großzügige Räumlichkeiten mit moderner Ausstattung und sehr bequemen Betten. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse und eine Außendusche. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren phänomenal, sowohl was die Auswahl, die Qualität und die Räumlichkeiten, in denen wir gegessen haben, betrifft. Am Pool (sehr schön) waren immer genug freie Liegen.
