New Line Village Apartments

The owner was very arrogant, there was a spider’s nest in the room, we left there covered in bites, internet didn’t work for a second in nine days, the location is on the top of a hill, unpaved full of potholes and very dusty, very far from the beach… I don’t recommend it in any circumstances!!!

Very nice service and friendly staff. You can walk to the beach and to supermarket. You can also take bus easily.

Me and my friend had been looking for a cheap place to stay, and we discovered this one. It was just fascinating for the price ! The staff (especially the receptionist Danny?) were very friendly and always happy to help. The bartenders spoke both English and Russian well, so there were no misunderstandings (moreover, one of them even knew Ukrainian). As for the other members of the stuff, we didn’t really interact with them. The pool wasn’t very big, but it was always clean. I only wish there had been more sun beds. About 8 minutes from the apartments, there was an enormously large supermarket, where we could find anything we needed. The nearest beach was around 10 minutes away. There were a few free areas (without sunbeds). The city center was quite far — it took us about 40 minutes to get there. It’s not a big deal, if you rent a car, or already have one. I assume it’s also possible to get there by bus, but we didn’t look into it. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday here. We paid about 430 dollars for the whole week for two people — that’s not expensive at all for this region. Thank you for the great service !

Vedenkeitin oli homeessa, pyyhkeissä tahroja, jotkut paikat olivat rikki, puuttui esim. haarukoita ja muita ruokailuvälineitä (oli siis liian vähån), likaiset lattiat, suihkun lattia oli haljennut. Muuten hyvä perus huoneistomajoitus.

I can't say one thing is was oke!

This place is so embarrassing! The pictures are on the booking well set it, fixed, full filter images! The the room is terribly dirty and smelly. And a Staff: They do actually what the boss expecting! But! We arrived at the fully paid accommodation after a 14-hour drive with our baby. We get a deposit paper what we need it sing it and give cash 50€ or 100 lev! Key deposit!?!?! We hadn't cash, we want it pay with card. Is not expected. My hasband had to run to ATM. Until he arrived we need to stand at a reception! Very unfrendly welcome, even they don't offer one glass of water. Until he arrived I wish drink something at bar, I ask for drink. Oke oke but the card limet 5 lev! Oke I ordered 2 glass drink, and she sarcastically laughed. Next day we tried a pool, it was a most shamed part of all of this. They just watch us, where we sit, what we doing. 2 table all the time reserved, and actually for a boss. I take some fruits for my baby, the boss come to me and said we are can't eat it! After all this a staff was very rude with us, and ruind our holiday stay! We left the apartmant 3 days before we paid, we was don't care. We feel our self so bad here! Room cleaner and clean is doesn't exist! 1 lady come and ask for a rubbish, I give for her and 2 empty bottle, and she said very rude oke don't give more! Rules, rules and rules. We wake everyday and disappear very fast how we can from the apartment! And no internet at all 😂 (2024) If you have a bad weather, you have to sit and sing to yourself. Disgusting place!

The other visitors were respectful and polite and the atmosphere was relaxed. The kitchenette offered an oven and 2 hobs which meant we could cook in the apartment which was nice.

We had specifically booked a twin room and they gave us a room with one double bed. We had done this because it was one of the only apartments in the area that offered this option. We requested to move but were told we cannot and that they had “upgraded” us to a partial sea view which we weren’t fussed about. We agreed to stay in the same room as we discovered a sofa bed. I asked for sheets in order to use the sofa bed but were told we had to talk to the manager in order to get these who wasn’t around. The kitchen also has very little cutlery (we were given 1 fork, 1 spoon and 2 knives).

The rooms in the apartment were spacious and clean. The balcony was also large and stocked with chairs and a table. The parking is right outside of the complex and there were plenty of available parking spaces. The location is perfect. The beach is a quick 10 minute walk from the apartments. The neighborhood is calm and there's plenty of supermarkets nearby. The bus stop is 5 minutes away and from there you can get convenient busses to the aquaparks and various locations in Saint Vlas, Sunny Beach and Nesebar.

On entry, you have to turn on the power yourself, which is not very convenient if you want to take a shower right away (the apartment has an electric water heater or boiler), cool down the room or put something in the fridge. You also can't control the AC temperature. The water pressure in the bathroom was very poor and it was hard to take a shower. The room was not stocked with dish soap and brush to clean the dishes. You also don't get shampoo or other toiletries, just soap and toilet paper. Room service is also not available.

Only garden was wonderful.

The location of apartment is far away from the beach! With small kid you have to go with car to the beach and the center of the city!!! Bed is ready for change! Not comfortable at all!!! Water in Swimming pool very cold.
