Good-sized, comfortable and quiet room.

I like the fact that it was reasonably close to the city centre and I really enjoyed Andrew - the owner - he went out of his way to make sure I was happy and comfortable. He organised taxis for me and allowed me to stay in my room passed check out time while waiting for my taxi.

Sorry to say, but the bed mattrass was the worst I have ever slept on. The TV also did not work very well - it could have been that the remote batteries were flat. A lounge area would have really gone down very well. And of course no breakfast being served was a real disappointment.

The room was not as clean as I would have expected. The room was not serviced on weekends. We had to ask for toilet rolls on our first day as only a little toilet paper left on the roll and there were empty hand wash and shampoo containers in shower and sink.

It was a clean comfortable hotel and booking in was easy and painless

The lack of available parking at time I arrived parking in the nearby streets was impossible

I boy stayed at this accommodation for about 15 minutes. It was dirty and there were even stains on the ceiling. When I mentioned this to the owner she said they weren’t there even though I have photos. I left without staying there and lost my two nights accommodation with no refund as it was a non refundable stay. A very distressing and unpleasant experience .

Property was quite tired and old fashioned. Thought it was expensive for what you got.
