I liked the location was close to our event the next day. The place is nice

1- Booking was a real pain because at first we were forced to choose 2 nights because of peak season, which is ridiculous. 2- we had to carry our own luggage to the room and there was no possibility to choose my own room level/floor 3- No valets, in the morning it was raining and I had to go get my car under the rain. 4- There was no umbrella at the facility. I was wearing a tuxedo. A hotel should provide these minimums to a client

It’s ok

We were there for 3 nights and we were told that our room will be cleaned every other day , day 2 we expected our room to be cleaned, it was Not clean , our towels were on the floor all day. In the evening l had to move thee towels by the room and literally went to ask for new towels

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, public transit ticket included with stay

Location wasn't great - it's currently in the middle of a sea of roadworks, so the area isn't very nice at the moment, but that should be temporary. Balcony wasn't very private.
