The hotel room was filthy, the room didn’t have any cutlery or milk and the cups were dirty. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and never deep cleaned in its life, hotel also had emergency housing for drug users, so both nights we were kept up by addicts screaming and slamming doors all night and the amount of cigarette smoke in the common areas was disgraceful. Would not recommend to anyone with a family, we had to keep my almost 2 year old inside at all times for his own safety and to keep him away from the smoke.

AURoom was clean and comfortable, easy parking, staff "absolutely fabulous", very informative and very helpful, even stayed over their finishing time to help with a problem with the room. Yes he fixed it (aircon).
Maintenance! your housekeeping staff should be alerting front office of any issues concerning the rooms. The shower head in room 16 does not hold up and needs replacing. The fridge needs to be properly balanced and not just with a piece of cardboard shoved under it. Not sure what cleaning product is being used to wipe down the table, side table, but it leaves a "sticky residue" put something on the table and it stayed there. Your pillows do need replacing.

The bed was very hard and old, also only had a throw over thin blanket on top sheet. Plenty of dodgy people hanging out in car park.

AUThe shower was amazing, nice and hot and strong flow. It is a great place for a stay for night and place to stay. It's comfortable for a night or two. The bathroom was recently renovated.
