Prepare to be ripped off if you book a room through a broker. Our experience of booking with booking.com resulted in an additional 50% cost at time of check out. Hidden in the small print is the detail that each child costs 120 zloty per night extra, despite our booking specifying a family room for 2 adults, 2 children and quoting what we thought was a reasonable price. We tried to query this, as there was no information about these costs anywhere visible in our confirmation, but the staff were having none of it and insisted upon their dodgy policy. This is not four star behaviour and I would expect much more from a hotel seeking to position itself as a boutique of international standing.

Our whole experience at the Royal Baltic was incredible. The staff went out of their way to help us. We are non Polish speaking Australians unfamiliar with the area. The staff assisted us with local knowledge and helped us navigate our way around Ustka and Slupsk. What a real gem of a hotel in a very special location. I also had a massage in the Spa, which was lovely. The food and drink are local fare and lovely. The consierge went out of his way to help us with our family history. We highly recommend this hotel!!

Trots telefonsamtal och beställning via email till spat var önskade behandlingar ej bokade. Personalen tryckte in en behandling åt oss var, vilket upplevdes som stressande för dem. Otroligt svårt att koppla av. Luftkonditioneringen bestod av en enkel golvfläkt. Riktigt starkt doftande rengöringsmedel eller luftfräschare i rummet som var svår att vändra ur.

Very nice hotel in front of the beach. The rooms are in a vintage style, clean and fully equipped. The bar has a good beer. The restaurant is OK even a bit expensive. The breakfast was very good. Also a nice spa and wellness area.

We loved our visit here - ideally secluded location a short walk from the beach - 2.5km beach walk to Ustka which we did every morning before spending the rest of the day in the perfectly adequate spa with a wealth of massages and beauty treatments on offer. Highly recommend the upgraded rooms which offer more space and better furninishing for not very much more money. 90% of guests during our stay were on package deals which offer excellent bufet meals in the evening and really abundant breakfasts. Hard to fault anything - wi-fi worked perfectly throughout hotel - hospitality exactly what you would expect from hotel of this standard. Most guests are returning visitors which is probably the best recommendation.

It is comfortable place to stay

Wir hatten als Familie drei Übernachtungen mit Frühstück gebucht und waren in gegenüberliegenden Doppelzimmern untergebracht. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, eines hatte einen eigenen Balkon zur Ostseite. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Das Angebot wechselte täglich. Fehlende Speisen wurden sofort nachgefüllt. Der Pool- und Wellnessbereich ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll angelegt. Es gibt im Hotel ein a la carte Restaurant. Das Ambiente hier ist sehr anspruchsvoll, die Speisen sehr erlesen und wohlschmeckend. Im Außenbereich gibt es einige Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß, aber kostenpflichtig.

Cudowny pobyt we wspaniałym, urokliwym hotelu ze spa rodem z 1001-nej nocy. Byliśmy tu po raz drugi i na pewno jeszcze wrócimy.
