The staff are so helpful and friendly. They helped me from the train station quay from pick-up to drop-off as I was struggling with limitied mobility and had a lot of bags. They gave me time to chill out in the lounge and I never felt rushed, which was lovely. I had just arrived in on a long-haul flight and a long (and hot!) train journey so they were like angels to me when I arrived. They also helped to accommodate my strict diet that I had to be on for medical reasons. The hotel looked like a beautiful and quaint sanctuary from the outside on the gorgeous tree-lined street. It's very modern on the inside yet still comfortable. The hotel is a nice walk to the water and small town. Everything is so picturesque. I loved stretching my legs on a leisurely walk and later found a great spot for a light dinner near the water. I liked the sauna a lot. I paid 20EUR for an hour to have the whole sauna room (including the shower and lounge chair with drinks) to myself. They had put music on, which was nice. The sauna wasn't very hot when I got in so once I figured out how to use it, the temperature rose quickly and it worked well.

Honestly, I had a wonderful stay. My only complaint, which I told them about before I left, was the moth that was stuck in the A/C and was buzzing around during the night. Sadly, I'm a light sleeper so it disturbed my sleep. The only other negative comment might be the disappointing view from the downstairs bedroom. It overlooks a residential car park and I wondered if neighbours might be able to see into my room. Nothing the shutters couldn't fix.
