Dobra lokalizacja, ładny budynek

Słaba komunikacja personelu, np. przy śniadaniu na stole leżały 2 menu z daniami śniadaniowymi na zamówienie - na jednym były ceny, na drugim nie. Sami musieliśmy dopytać co nas obowiązuje. Śniadanie smaczne, jednak dania ciepłe niestety nie były ciepłe. Koło 10:30, gdy zaszliśmy do bistro z nadzieją na kawę, personel(?) siedział zebrany w grupie, nikt nie podszedł, nie powiedziano również czy może bistro jeszcze jest nieczynne... Przy 5* i cenie za nocleg oczekuję więcej.

"Pobyt był krótki ale bardzo udany. Gdyby był dłuższy, to może lepiej poznałbym ten hotel."

Nie korzystałem z sauny, basenu, siłowni, więc najbardziej podobało mi się… śniadanie 😉 i że pan z obsługi był tak uprzejmy, że udostępnił mi miejsce parkingowe pod samym hotelem.

Szkoda, że pokój był od wewnętrznego dziedzińca z widokiem na restaurację a nie z oknem zewnętrznym. I w pokoju było trochę ciemnawo ale to szczegół.
