Kitchenette facilities include a refrigerator, toaster, microwave and a kettle. Please note that 2 of the Executive Studios with Ocean View do not have a balcony but have a standard bathroom with a shower only. The other 2 have a balcony and a disability access bathroom. Rooms will be allocated per availability.

"Stayed one night. Lovely quiet little beach location with outlook looking right up towards St.Kilda"

Great location. Room was large, bathroom and bath clean and large. Bed comfortable. Reception staff (esp Caitlin) super friendly and helpful. Walkable to local to cafes and restaurants. Shirt drive to downtown Dunedin.

Shower requires some serious work due to when shower is on water runs out under the shower glass flooding the bathroom

We liked everything about Hotel St Clair. The closeness to the beach & restaurants was great.

We were on first floor and when someone upstairs is showering you can hear the water come down pipes.

The views well nice

Id say having the option for an early checkin and checkout will be good like most high end stays. Paying the extra is fine. They definitely did not accommodate either of it even though they were vacant and not busy.
