Zuerst bekamen wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer und waren etwas enttäuscht, jedoch bekamen wir für die zweite Nacht ein tolles Turmzimmer und waren somit wieder sehr glücklich. Frühstück war sehr gut und von guter Qualität.

Das kleine Zimmer, obwohl wir Superior gebucht haben. Jedoch bekamen wir am anderen Morgen nach unserer Reklamation, für die zweite Nacht ein tolles Turmzimmer. Das Hotel hatte kein Restaurant mehr, aber wir waren am Ende der Saison gekommen und haben nicht daran gedacht. Die Receptionistin hat uns die freien Bustickets von Ascona erst am Abend vor dem Abreisetag gegeben, dass war nicht sehr aufmerksam.
