Looked nice from the outside

I was unable to gain access to the property as no-one answered my calls. They responded the following morning apologising that they had noticed they were having issues with Australian mobile numbers, and NZ too I would add. They said that they would reimburse me should you accept this as a cancellation, but they need you to communicate that to them. I would appreciate if you would do so.
