Boxmoor Lodge Hotel

Nothing, I wasn't able to stay due to the staff saying I hadn't booked even when given your Booking number and reference, they couldn't even check the number you gave out. I had to cancel my stay even though I'd already paid you. I would like my money back.

All of the above, didn't get to stay as they said I wasn't booked in and couldn't check the number given by you as Confirmation even though I'd already paid, I would like my money back.

I like the simplicity of the arrangement, it's a brick built motel arrangement. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I wanted a small hotel where I felt safe not being with crowds of people. The motel style rooms were perfect. The room was clean and the bath towels were huge. Easy walking distance of a fabulous pub for dinner. Good continental breakfast and the poached eggs I had with the cooked breakfast were cooked perfectly …which is unusual in a hotel!

The rooms were a little dated. The Info/ photos on booking.com need updating as the hotel has changed recently to a b&b.

The property was easy to find, close to transport links. It was clean, the breakfast was very good all the food was fresh and well presented.Staff were friendly

Unfortunately most of the grounds had been cleared and looked like a building site

Nothing went well. Because I wasn't told my booking was cancelled and found out when I reached the venue. Shambles. I rang a number and the person was rude and unhelpful.
