"Friendly staff but a hotel in desperate need of moving from the 1990s decor"

The location is about 1km walk to the centre but all on an even boardwalk along the beach

The decor is shocking. Old, outdated, barely functioning. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of an update. The bathrooms are still old fashioned step in bath shower. For the demographic of the guests, I am sure it would be safer to have walk in showers.
