Case Saponara

Great view and scenery, beautiful sunsets, large balcony that opens to the kitchen, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.

The location is challenging to get to. At night it would be very difficult due to narrow roads and darkness. But it makes it up with the scenery and being in a fruit farm environment.

It was very spacious and clean. Super pretty and very quiet.

Beautiful gardens & views from balconies . Very clean and well appointed with furniture. The host had our fridge stocked with beverages and snacks and plenty of items for breakfast. Full sized washing machine and a clothes rack for drying on the balcony. Designated parking spot, and responsive host.  he offered to park my car and did so. 

The location is a bit difficult to get to. It’s a one lane street with partial dirt roads high up in the hills.  the air conditioning didn’t work well on the second day in the second bedroom. So it was very warm all morning. Then in the evening when we came home, it wouldn’t turn off and it was very cold  The parking is located off property, there are two staircases in the property that are quite narrow, and it was difficult to get our suitcases up and down. Our host did offer to help.  also before I left, I needed to pay the city tax which was six euro. I only had a 10 euro bill and my host did not have any change so he took the entire €10. I thought this was cheap, considering I had spent over $600 during high season for a two night stay. In addition, the property had been advertised as a four bedroom but when I arrived, he asked me how many of the bedrooms I would be using, and that we would only be using the two bedrooms.  if you are advertising the property as a four bedroom house for a certain rate, then I expect the entire house to be given to me for that that rate.  otherwise, the rate should have been adjusted to reflect a two bedroom instead of four.
