Holiday Cave Hotel

Очень красивая территория, много различных старинных предметов быта. Интересно погулять по территории. Необычные номера в пещерах. Красивый ресепшен.

Скорее пожелание: добавить к завтраку кашу.

La stanza molto bella scavata nella roccia, letto comodo. Avevamo la mezza pensione e il ristorante era accogliente con personale molto disponibile, abbiamo mangiato bene. Posizione perfetta, noi avevamo l’auto per spostarci a piedi e’ leggermente lontano dal centro del paesino

La pulizia deve essere migliorata, il vetro della cabina doccia era sporchissimo di calcare sembrava non fosse stato mai pulito. Lo scopino per il water deve essere cambiato, era in condizioni oscene. La vasca idromassaggio non era pulita.

Room was spacious enough for family of 4 people. No proper lighting, not many electric points, could not even experience much , Television not working Heater was not working, even after multiple calls to the staff, no one came on first day, 2nd day they send someone to fix it, but he could not fix it. 2 days in a row we stayed without proper heating in the room when the temperature was -7degree. Bathroom: Bathroom size is big, towels bathrobes were provided, but no hot water, on day one, we bathe with cold water, 2nd day we could not step into the bath room There is one jacuzzi, does not work, waste of space Breakfast: not much variety, just some regular continental stuff like bread, cheese, and egg. Overall its utter waste of my time and money. i'm never going to book again using booking.com

Spacious but miserable stay. Although the room size fit our family of four, the amenities were a disaster. We spent two nights in -7°C weather with no heating and no hot water. Staff ignored our calls the first day, and the technician they sent the next day couldn't fix the problem. The room had poor lighting, barely any outlets, and a broken TV. The bathroom was large, but the jacuzzi didn't work and the lack of hot water made it unusable. Towels bathrobes were provided, but no hot water, on day one, we bathe with cold water, 2nd day we could not step into the bath room. Extremely disappointed Overall its utter waste of my vacation time and money. Disaster start of my vacation

I booked prior to my arrival directly with Ali Osman at the reception, and he was so incredibly helpful. Ibrahim and Ramazan were also very helpful with booking tours as well. I would also like to thank Rumeysa for her kindness. And of course not to forget Efe looking so well after his guests at the restaurant and with his great dancing skills. I loved my room, breakfast had so many choices and the dinner menu was vast. Ala, the hotel’s very sweet and friendly dog, is great at welcoming everyone too. Goreme is a magical place, and the staff at Holiday Cave hotel made it so much more memorable for me. I would like to thank all the staff I met, and haven’t met, for making this a wonderful trip.

Biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bathroom was extremely stinky. Could not sleep because of bad smell. Property is close to many shops which is a good thing. Breakfast options were very limited for vegetarians.

Good location, quiet at night, comfortable bed, good shower. Pool was great. Breakfast ok. After one night we changed from a ground floor junior suite (room 7) which was very dark to an upstairs room with balcony and sunshine (room 10) - much better.
