We stayed 5 nights in a suite with my family, 406 and 605 room no , Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. Maintaining a smoke-free environment is crucial, especially for families with young children. The quality of the food and the dishes lacked flavor, were overly spicy and very oily, and the overall quality was subpar for a 4-star hotel. Too much salt in the food. This raised serious hygiene concerns, and we avoided using the pool due to discomfort. As a hotel, it's essential to enforce pool rules and maintain cleanliness standards. The internet connection was also weak and unstable, disconnecting frequently. Given the issues we faced, I hope you'll take concrete steps to improve room safety, food quality, pool hygiene, and internet reliability. I felt that the hotel's standards didn't quite meet the expectations of a 4-star establishment. I believe that maintaining the standards of a 4-star hotel is crucial to ensuring a satisfying experience for guests. I ordered for a caffe latte they told me that machine is broken no alternative coffee was offered

Very bad experience even basic things they couldn't give besides number of calls like tooth kit etc.

Food was terrible waste of money even they couldn't make basic dish properly.
