立地と部屋の広さ、YouTubeやNetflix等をテレビで観れるのもうれしかった

滞在中、深夜1時頃くたくたでホテルに戻ると部屋の鍵が壊れ部屋に入れなかった。スタッフに明日の朝まで解鍵することができないからそれまで別の部屋に宿泊するように言われたが、次の日朝から予定も詰めており、必要な荷物も部屋にあるので困ると伝えて、渋々なんとかすぐに業者を呼んで鍵を壊して解鍵してもらった。建物が古く、部屋も古いせいなのかマスターキーの鍵穴も潰されていてなんだかこわかったです。結果的に解鍵してもらえたのでよかったが、リピートはしないと思う。

The property price and facilities are not suitable! Very old, and dirty hotel. Level of English language of staff are terrible. Rooms are very cold and there is no opportunity for telephone calls in room.

Расположение отличное! Тихое место, хотя в центре деловой активности. 5 минут до станции метро Кангнам 5-й выход. Рядом очень много различных кофеен и мест, где можно поесть. Номер отличный, хотя гостиница уже не новая. В номере всё есть вплоть до стиральной машины и электроплиты. Можно готовить самому. Холодильник большой.

I found the bed a little hard, but the reception team provided extra pillows for no charge. I also had the option of renting an extra duvet for about 20USD/ night, but decided to buy a blanket for 40USD instead and was very comfortable. The cleaning ladies were very diligent and lovely,

Кангнам - то деловой центр. Недалеко от метро. Хоть гостиница не новая, но номера очень комфортабельные. Есть даже стиральная машина, микроволновка, что выгодно отличает гостиницу от других. Персонал очень отзывчивый.

Нет того, чтобы что-то не понравилось.
