According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. A deposit may be required at the property.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, próximo de uma avenida movimentada, mas ainda assim tranquilo. A equipe é muito cordial, e o café da manhã é bom!!

A estrutura do hotel é bastante antiga. Não sei se o problema foi específico do quarto que eu fiquei, mas as paredes estavam manchadas (perto de onde a cama estava), e o banheiro é muuuito apertado. O chuveiro foi minha maior decepção, saia apenas umas gotas de água. Além disso, o box era somente uma cortina, o que não achei lá muito higiênico...

Localização fantástica, perto da praia e vários comércios bons.

O hotel pra quem só vai pra dormir é o ideal, o café sem muitas opções, funcionário Gilberto muito mal educado, chegamos cedo o mesmo nem deixou ficarmos na recepção pediu pra ficarmos do lado de fora.
