Holiday Inn Newark International Airport

Location and free shuttle every 30 min. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean.

Air conditioning very loud, hard to sleep but still needed the room cooled. Staff extremely rude and would not help with any of my questions. Unsure what the point of having someone at the front desk is, she wouldn’t answer any of my questions or offer help when I asked. She doesn’t do anything for check out, just rudely points to the box to drop keys. Wouldn’t ask the shuttle driver to wait one minute while I brought my bags down. And a huge attitude. Expensive for the value.

Booking.comのメッセージで、ホテルから空港からのシャトルバスに乗るにはP4に行くように、という指示が来たが、EWRに初めて来た人が「P4とはなにか？」わかると思っているのだろうか？ターミナルからエアトレインという電車に乗って、P4駅で降りてシャトルバス乗り場に行け、といわれなければ、パーキングの4なのか、何なのか意味がわからないと思う。幸い空港の係員に聞いたらエアトレインに乗ってP4ではなくP3駅（なんと！去年からP３ではなくP4に変わっている、と教えられた)に行かねばならないと教えてもらえたが、もしホテルの人のメッセージ通りにP4に行っていたら大変だった。夜遅くに疲れて到着し翌朝のフライトまで、ただ寝たかったのに。
