"Didn’t even get a Chance to stay, but never would after that experience."

They somehow overbooked and left multiple people without rooms or explanations. We basically just got a whoops.. this is after we called the same day as the reservation and provided the time we would be in. That could’ve been a great point to say that the room that we had booked a week prior was no longer there. It felt like it was a price gouging game. The whole town was already booked, and It left people without a place to stay.

"It was just ok"

The key didn’t work to the pool. The pool has a capacity of only 12. Which wasn’t a problem because we were the only ones there. The pool was tiny is my point. Thought the pool was going to be heated. Breakfast ran out of eggs quickly and the options were poor.

"Vehicle larceny- $6000 damage. No help from staff"

Clean hotel. Our vehicle was one of several broken into and burglarized overnight. No cameras and no help from staff. Police asked for video. Staff said it might exist but only manger can access, and they don't come in until Monday- two days from now. Our truck cover was pried up and torn off and window smashed. Thieves spent a lot of time on it and a couple of others. NO notice or help from staff despite other victims reporting it earlier same morning. Desk clerk admitted having criminal and jail record. Stay at your own peril

Clean, modern

Front staff could not explain why they did not honor my Booking.com rates. My Booking.com rate was $627 for one week and their rate which they charged me was $728.
