Friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms. Excellent location, central yet quiet.

Very disappointing stay. We actually cut it short. Should have been there 2 nights but left after 1, even though couldn't get a refund. Main issue was they had shut the pool - it was 28 degrees outside. We had booked specifically for the pool. When I booked there wads no reference to the pool closing. Staff were offhand and just shrugged. The pollution in Zahle really bad, can smell in the hotel. Hotel pretty basic - cant see how its 5 star, Tried to rip us off for taxi back to Beirut, charging us double what we had paid to get there. They literally just shrugged. Couldn't care. So booked direct from Beirut. Certainly wouldnt recommend to others.

Its much better than i expected...international standard...same or even better than European hotels...

Check in was very poor, nothing explained, they should confirm with guest: rate, smoking or non, what does the room include breakfast tax parking ..... I had to ask where are the elevators All they tell you is not to bring food or drinks to the room, Yet they only include 2 X 1/4 liter of water only. They expect you to pay several times over the price of water. Cleanliness was average ... Finding plastic raps in the guest room was the standard. Worth of all was the live singer ... Even with a closed window It was as if the singing was next to my ears. Breakfast was very poor, it was almost a poor country breakfast, nothing international except the poor quality croissant Check out was funny: the lady looked like she just woke up, Uncombed hair, July 1 question : was there anupything used in the mini bar? I was surprised to learn that they charged me upon check in, normally respectable hotels block a certain amount & the actual charge is charged upon check out

Outstanding Friendly staff - food was amazing - within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Family was very happy

Beautiful room with king size bed in a standard room! Bathroom was good only for the shower curtain I rather have a shower glass curtain more hygienic! Didn’t try the room service coz it was too late but the staff did propose a delivery service! I enjoyed my staying.

I arrived to the Hotel that was suppose to be a 5 star hotel carrying my own luggage under the rain which was 3 inches of water right outside the front door of the hotel. No bellboy at all. The security people were horrible, twice out of my five days stay, approved me to tell me there will be no food to take with me to the hotel which I get offended just because I was coming back with a bag in my hand. Once I was walking downtown which I purchased a sandwich but did not finish it and I had it with me as I was walking back into my hotel which he offended me by approaching me to tell me this. I believe in a 5 star hotel, they should not bother the guest with stupid comments like that. I believe the guest should feel comfortable going in and out to the hotel and have to be bothered about a silly rule they have. I would have felt embarrassed if I had a guest with me.

A charming hotel with exposed sandstone walls in rooms. The restaurant was lovely with its large open fireplace. The only negative was the very hard mattress and pillows which resulted in a disturbed nights sleep. The morning buffet had some items which could have been kept under a warmer as everything was cold, such as the crepe and even the egg dish.
