"Great holiday at an excellent hotel."

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. We stayed in pool view, side sea view room and had wonderful evening sun on our balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only slight concern was that the hotel don’t provide non slip mats for the shower so extra care was needed to avoid an accident. We found the room very quiet which enabled a good night’s sleep. We found the food was good at both breakfast and dinner and always found something nice to eat. There was live music every night in bar, some good, some not so good but that is just personal taste. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the area and a supermarket across the road. All staff that we encountered were very professional, friendly and helpful. A credit to the hotel. We enjoyed it so much we have booked to return in September.

"Relaxing holiday"

Just came back from a week at this hotel for our 25th anniversary and as always it was a very relaxing stay in a fabulous hotel. After a slight glitch with our booking when we arrived it was quickly rectified by the reception staff and we got our room it was spectacular. The staff made us feel very welcome from front of house to the room service everyone was very friendly and we'll definitely be going back again next year.

God frokost med godt utvalg. Fint tilbud med VIP-område i top-etasjen. Bra beliggenhet ved stranden. Romslig rom (junior-suite). God service ved innsjekk og hyppig rom-rengjøring.

Ustabil aircondition og takvifte. Mange 'små-ting' trakk ned inntrykket: Flere av lyspærene virket ikke, skade på dusjhode, manglende fjernkontroll, ødelagt minibar. Vi opplevde strømbrudd og manglende internett, i tillegg til kontinuerlige utfordringer med aircondition og takvifte. Opplevelsen kunne enkelt blitt bedre dersom hotellet ga informasjon ved hendelser, og dersom man hadde på plass rutiner for å utføre nødvendig løpende vedlikehold på rommene. Hotellet har hovedsakelig eldre klientell. Støyende frokostsal.
