"Disappointed"

This was my third stay at the Angela and have to say I was disappointed, the hotel starting to look tired, disappointed with the view from the room but was told we would have to pay 15 euros a night to move, even though we had already payed for it, why!! Some of the staff need to practice customer service training, meals ok, the TUI rep had to put pressure on them to serve breakfast on our departure even though it was part of the package, won’t be staying again!!

Great welcome at the front desk. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Location is excellent. Discounts offered at a local chiringuito. Very good value.

The lounge included in our room price was not regularly re-stocked so became a little useless. The gym offered by the Hotel is on another sister hotel site. A few mins walk but I feel this should be on site.

Accommodation, facilities, service and staff. Hotel was great and staff were helpful and friendly.

The location and the food in most restaurants was not good. What really surprised me was the bites I got from the tiger mosquitos. I wasn't really warned about this, tried 3 different repellent but got bitten anyway. One bite on the back of my ankle blistered to the size of a 2 euro coin.
