"Sleep with a weapon next to you."

Nothing, Other than it being a place to sleep, nothing was good. The entire hotel is run down and its obvious the management does not care to upgrade or make repairs.

The bed linens were dirty. The couch was stained, the bottom of the room door was.rotted, the tub was missing chunks out of it and people were openly smoking pot in the hallway. Charged extra on checkin for booking through booking.com. The manager spent the checkin process yelling at the staff in front of customers.

I was charged $160 and then $125 and then $50 and then $6 and finally $35. And no one can tell me why. Not booking. Not comfort inn. Absolutely ridiculous

Upon check in we went to the room to check it before bringing the whole family in. We saw a live bedbug which lead to checking things over. We then found a dead bedbug and lots of stains on the mattress. The room was gross, stuff on the walls, floor, lamp, table, etc. We immediately confronted staff about the issues as we were not going to stay in those conditions. They refused to offer solutions and refused our refund. We had to cancel plans because of this and drive home. We are so upset with this situation and our kids are devastated that our trip was cut short.

We needed a hotel for the night before our cruise. It was $244 to stay on the Friday night that we did. The location was literally awful and felt unsafe. The room had no toilet paper upon arrival. We had to ask for some. The carpets were so dirty my baby had black feet from walking on them. The AC unit had mold. We complained to booking and the hotel was only trying to offer a $30 refund which is absurd for a $244 stay. We have a 1 year old and having mold in a hotel room is absolutely ridiculous. $244 for a crappy hotel room that isn’t clean.
