Location in my second time to stay in is very accessible 10 to 10

Property parking my concern about it’s why parking paid 45 dollar plus and not sure if going out at return no parking available and not even money back.

"Not even for free!!"

This is a dump and a potential death trap. My husband and I booked for 3 nights. We were given 514 the first nite and he has mobility issues. There is one elevator and it was repaired and closed 3 times in 3 days. After the first incident when we had to climb down 5 flights we requested a change to the first floor. It took a long time but we moved ourselves down to 114 where the so-called breakfast room is also located. We asked for a wakeup call as this room was missing a clock radio. No call came. They were busy fixing the elevator.
