Location

Paid a great deal of money for a room for 4 days. The desk chair was peeling it had the vinyl nearly stripped off of it. Bathroom celing paint was peeling, bubbled and moldy in several locations. The air conditioning unit had an inccessant ticking at all hours of the night. Grout around the tub including inside and outside had black mold in spots. The headboard, desk, and dresser tops look like they had never been wiped clean. The refrigerator smelled of old friied chicken and the cockroach found in my daughters room was horrific. Finally, No one notified us the pool was out of order which was a major contributor to trying this location because the pool was outside.

AC would raise cooling set point on it's own.

The staff was so welcoming and were quick to let us know that if we needed anything at all, just ask The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast bar looked tasty but we only took advantage of coffee which was hot and good.

The building is a bit aged. It looks like the rooms have been renovated but our bathroom was showing a bit of wear and tear to it. Also the door to the room didn't line up nicely so you had to pretty much slam it to get it to close well.

Price, location

Cleanliness wasn't the best.
