Great staff

Need new tile in bathrooms on 3td floor

The staff the hotel we're excellent

Dated property. Pool was out of service and no discount given for the inconvenience. The coffee and juice makers were out of service. The bathroom was gross, mold on the mostly empty shampoo and conditioner bottles.

Very clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice.

Too noisy, people up all hours of the night. They don't enforce the quiet time at 8pm. I stayed on the first floor and you could hear everything. The person in the next room kept his TV on loud all night so I had a hard time sleeping.

I didn’t like the property at all, booked a 4 night stay in this hotel and there was no pillows for my kids, the pool was closed which my kids was looking forward too being that it was in the 90’s out there. My wife also got bit by a bed bug please stay away from this hotel . This hotel is very nasty and dirty and this is unacceptable

it could have had a better menu

When I checked in my room was canceled without being told if I didn't check in by 4 am, my reservation would have been canceled. Then I had a problem with getting the room I requested, because they person assisting me was the maintenence man and he didn't know what he was doing. Then he finally called the manager after I had suggested it.

I didn't like the parking there

The beds were comfortable. The food wasn't good The coffee was horrible
