The bathtub and the drain stopper were very dirty. I paid €160 per night, which is quite expensive for the level of service provided. The room had a minibar/fridge, but it was completely empty, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. Overall, it was a disappointing experience — high price and poor service. Also, the elevator was extremely slow and outdated. Sometimes you had to wait 10–15 minutes for it to arrive.

We chose this holiday based on the positive reviews. The hotel had recently refurbished. Reception area and room724 decor was very good. Hard working and polite staff. Negatives . The evening entertainment was very poor - ok if you like terrible singers , bingo and line dancing. Pool area was dirty and had very slippery damaged laminated boards. Dinner buffet average. À la carte restaurant food was really poor quality and the service was very slow .
