"Very glad for a ahampton Inn in Riverton to break up a tough drive. Warts and Wins"

Breakfast was as expected from better hotels. Rooms were perfectly quiet. Exercise room and hot tub were super clean. Reception staff was poised and responsive. Reception area bathrooms were spotless and I was gratified to see staff checking water quality in the pool/spa-area--even on such a busy night. Well done! One mystery? ¿Why are there no bathroom towels racks??? Hmmmmm

Places to hang towels would be welcome. Has a Hampton corporate rep ever tried to shave under the soft candle-light quality bulbs in the bathroom? Has one ever tried to read with the bed-side lights? I rather expect not. Decision-makers often fail to taste the goods they're having others sell.

Clean friendly and inviting.

The pool needs to have the plaster redone. My grandkids and myself received open sores due to the roughness of the floor of pool. Was like walking on gravel.

"Good but not impressed"

The room was clean. Check in was easy.

The elevator door shuts too quickly and caught my 2 year old in the head. The fire alarm went off at 1 am through out the building. Its woke us up out of a dead sleep and scared us. My two year old so so scard she was shaking. My husband went to the front desk to find out what was going on. They told him the oven set it off.

"Just Passing Through"

Ok, for a night's stay while passing through town. The toilet was still dirty from the previous occupant. For a chain hotel, this one needs an upgrade. A decent coffee maker would be a start.
