Fantastic location in Almaty next to "Golden square" of the city .The lobby is stunning , with a serene winter garden that sets the tone the moment you arrive. The welcoming staff is attentive.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room . The light carpet on the floor was dirty and covered in dark stains . The furniture had visible fingerprints, the table had marks , and the wallpaper looked worn. The most concerning issue was the glass toilet door : it had come off its hinges and felt unstable , making me constantly worry that it might fall and shatter. We stayed in this hotel in 2019 , and our experience then was excellent . This is why I chose Rixos Almaty when planning our trip . However , despite the great location and welcoming staff, I find that the condition of the hotel has significantly deteriorated.The cleanliness of room does not meet the standards of a five-star property.
